Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We do not accept returns for health and saftey reasons but in the unfortunate/unlikely scenario your item gets lost, is delivered in a bad condition we will arrange a refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as chocolates, chocolate-covered biscuits, edible powder, or edible paste cannot be returned.

We also do not accept returns of items used to preserve the quality of the item. Or parcels that were refused by the recipient.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Postage
  • Ice Packs
  • Envelopes

Refunds

As stated above refunds are possible in cases of damage or undelivered items.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 to 2 days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at swissdreams.contact@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at swissdreams.contact@gmail.com and send your item to address on the return label of item recieved.
