How long can I conserve the products for?

We garantee a minimum of four weeks of shelve life before reaching the best before date indicated on the package from the time of order. Please note that it will usually be longer.


The only exception to this are on sale items, where we garantee one week of shelve life* before reaching the best before date indicated on the package.

Can I eat my chocolate bars after the best before date?

Chocolate does not have an expiration date, it only has a best before date. This means it is safe to eat after the best before date has passed.


Note: We do not ship expired products. That being said all the items on our shop remain safe to eat after the best before date listed on a product, it simply may not be at its best.

How should I store my products?

We do recommend keeping your products in a cool and dry place at a room temperature of approximately 18°C and to avoid putting you chocolate bars in the fridge.


I have a nut allergy, can I order any of the chocolate bars?

All our chocolate bars may contain nuts and we would advise against anyone with serious nut allergies to eat them.

Do you have any dairy free/ vegan chocolates?

At this time, we only offer Swiss chocolate containing dairy such as milk, whole milk powder, condensed milk, butterfat...


Do you ship outside of the UK?

We do ship parcels outside of the UK, you can check countries available for delivery during checkout.

How much does delivery cost?

We apply a flat rate of £4.45 for all UK orders.

For all other orders, delivery fee will depend of the items weight, shipping method and country of destination.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped usually shipped within 1-3 working days*, only between Mondays and Thrusdays to avoid having orders with perishables in transit ovet the weekends. This means that any orders placed between Thursadays afternoon and Sundays, will leave on Monday mornings.


Note that at times tracking can reflect a different date that when item was shipped, depending on when it was scanned.


*The only exception is during summer months, when shipping might be delayed for certain items due to factors such as hot weather and heatwaves. This delay is necessary to ensure the quality and safety of perishable products during transit.

How long does it take to receive my products?

UK orders:
Once your order has been shipped it should take 24 to 48 hours to receive your parcel.


International orders:
Custom clearance being outside of our control, we cannot comit to any delivery timeframe for international order at this time.

Will I need to pay tax to receive my order?

All orders are currently shipped from the UK, international clients may be asked to pay custom tax upon receipt of their orders.


This is subjective with respect to the rules in force in the receiving country.


Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped you should receive a tracking number allowing you to follow your parcel.


UK orders:
If it has been more than 3 working days since your oder has been shipped, please make sure to check your tracking number and do not hesitate to get in touch with us through the contact page, and we'll aim to get back to you promptly.


International orders:
Please check your tracking number as well as the current status of your order. You can get in touch with us with us through the contact page, we will do our absolut best to help you track your parcel. Note however that custom clearance being outside of our control, we cannot comit to any delivery timeframe for international order at this time.

Can I cancel my order?

If you made a mistake or no longer need your order and wish to cancel it please get in touch with our team through the contact page. However, once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Can I return my products?

Due to the delicate nature of the products being sold, we unable to accept the returns of perishable goods as they are liable to deteriorate rapidly in transit. For addtional informations, please see our refund and returns policy page.


Can I apply for a refund?

In case of lost or damage parcels, as well as missing items from your orders you can contactact us through the contact page.
