What does Ragusa Noir taste like?
Ragusa Noir offers a truly unique gustative experience. The thick rectangular bar is made with a dark chocolate containing 60% cacao, giving it a rich and intense flavor. The filling is a creamy praline made with whole hazelnuts, adding a crunchy texture to the chocolate.
History of Ragusa chocolate bar:
Camille Bloch is a traditional family business, founded in Bern almost a hundred years ago. Today, it is run by the founder’s grandson, Daniel Bloch.
The company’s flagship product, Ragusa, was launched in 1942 and takes its name from the city of Dubrovnik, formerly known as Ragusa. The recipe, its recognisable shape, and manufacturing method have remained unchanged for over 75 years.
In response to the growing demand for dark chocolate, Camille Bloch updated their classic Ragusa recipe in 2008 to create the intense and deeply satisfying Ragusa Noir.
