History of Ragusa chocolate bar:
Camille Bloch is a traditional family business, founded in Bern almost a hundred years ago, with a long history of crafting high-quality chocolates. Today, it is ran by Daniel Bloch, the founder’s grandson.
During a trip to Quebec in 2013, the CEO of Camille Bloch, discovered blond chocolate. Rumour has it over there, that women can do without men longer than chocolate.
Blond chocolate isn’t a white chocolate, it is a delicious caramelised chocolate. Daniel Bloch instantly saw it as an opportunity to create a new and exciting variation on the company’s flagship product, Ragusa.
True to its roots, Camille Bloch has maintained the traditional recipe and manufacturing methods for Ragusa, while also introducing this innovative new flavor to appeal to a wider audience of chocolate lovers. Ragusa Blond was launched in February 2014.
Where are Camille Bloch chocolates made?
All Camille Bloch products, including the Ragusa line, are proudly made in Courtelary in the French-speaking Bernese Jura region of Switzerland. This ensures that each chocolate is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, using only the finest ingredients

Bought about 6 different chocolate bars including this one and although they are a bit more expensive than British chocolate they are well worth it. The quality in each of the different bars that I tried have to be tasted to experience the difference in the taste and quality.
