Ragusa Noir features a dark chocolate coating with around 60% cocoa, offering a deeper cocoa aroma and a pleasantly balanced bitterness. As the chocolate melts, it reveals a creamy praline filling enriched with finely ground hazelnuts.

History of Ragusa chocolate bars:
Ragusa was created in 1942 by Swiss chocolatier Camille Bloch and quickly became the company’s signature product. The family business, founded in Bern, is now run by Daniel Bloch, the founder’s grandson, and continues to honour the original recipe and distinctive rectangular format.
The Noir version was developed to offer chocolate lovers a more intense alternative while preserving the classic combination of praline and whole hazelnuts that defines Ragusa.
Where are Camille Bloch chocolates made?
Since 1935, all Ragusa products have been manufactured in Courtelary, in the French speaking Bernese Jura region of Switzerland, where Camille Bloch continues to produce its chocolates using traditional Swiss craftsmanship.
