History of Ragusa Blond chocolate:
Camille Bloch is a traditional Swiss family business founded in Bern nearly a century ago and still run today by Daniel Bloch, the founder’s grandson.
The idea for Ragusa Blond was born in 2013, when Daniel Bloch discovered caramelised blond chocolate during a trip to Quebec. Inspired by its distinctive flavour, he asked his team to create a new version of their flagship Ragusa bar. The result was launched in February 2014, combining tradition with a modern taste experience.
Where are Camille Bloch chocolates made?
Since 1935, all Ragusa products have been manufactured in Courtelary, in the French speaking Bernese Jura region of Switzerland, where the brand continues to produce its chocolates using traditional Swiss expertise.
