History of Cailler chocolate:

Cailler is the oldest Swiss chocolate brand still in existence, nestled in the foothills of Gruyères, it was founded by François-Louis Cailler in 1819. To this day, the reputation of his successors remains well-known for, amongst other things, the invention of milk and praline chocolates.

Cailler Neapolitans mini chocolates, like the majority of their chocolate production, are manufactured in Broc, in the district of Gruyère located in the canton of Fribourg, since 1898.
