In fact, Daniel Peter, also known as Peter Cailler remains acclaimed for the invention of milk chocolate and praline chocolate.
Cailler Dessert was launched in 1940, and remains a beloved recipe amongst gourmets.

Cailler opened its Broc factory in 1898 and this is where Cailler Dessert bars as well as the majority of their chocolate production are manufactured through an extensive knowledge of chocolate making and with the finest, local or sustainable ingredients.
