History of Cailler Frigor Chocolate Bar:
Cailler is the oldest Swiss chocolatier still in existence, founded in 1819 by François-Louis Cailler and known for inventing milk chocolate in 1875.
At Maison Cailler the pride in tradition combined with a thirst for innovation gave birth to some of incomparable creations, including Rayon chocolate. It was indeed the first chocolate bar to use air bubble technology which Cailler invented in 1937.
Since then, Rayon has been a beloved chocolate bar among chocolate lovers.
Where is Cailler chocolate made?
Cailler chocolate, including Rayon bars, are made in the company’s factory in the canton of Fribourg. Only the finest ingredients, including fresh Alpine milk and sustainable cocoa, are used in the production of Cailler chocolate.
